The Main Task of the Communication Centre is:

To provide the Ministry of the Interior and its subordinate structural units with operational radio communication and intranets of electronic communication networks in accordance with the requirements of the ЕС for assistance of combating with Crime and maintaining of Internal State Security and Public Order.
